Vision
We envision organisations managing their cultures with the same rigor and focus that they employ in managing other key enablers of organisational performance, such as brand and technology. Every business plan should include a culture plan. Our mission is to make culture do-able so that leaders can build the cultures that maximise their organisations’ success. Our vision is that culture management is considered across the world to be a critical organisational competence and that our tools become recognised as the best way to embed this competence into day-to-day leadership practice.
We believe that culture management lifts the standard of everyone who works within organisations and the standards by which organisations behave towards the outside world. By improving the quality of a culture, all those who work within it are stretched to become the best that they can be, and the organisation itself contributes more values-driven manner to the communities in which it operates. Work is a significant component of everyone’s life, and we want to help organisations uplift, rather than repress, those who work for them and do business with them. We intend to build a community of Accredited Consultants who are using our tools to improve their clients ability to achieve their performance targets in a values-driven manner, and whose consulting firms are enhanced through their partnership with Walking the Talk.
