Accredited Consultant Readiness, Planning and Training Tools Leader

Lynn is responsible for the design of Walking the Talk’s off-line training and planning products, as well as the accreditation of consultants in these tools.
She has more than 14 years of experience in management consulting, primarily in the areas of culture change and leadership development. Her expertise lies in assisting organisations to develop the mindsets, skills, and behaviours necessary for enabling them to achieve their strategic goals. Pearce has provided organisational development, including diagnostic research; culture development programmes; curriculum design; and project management and facilitation for organisations across finance and insurance, IT, engineering, health and pharmaceuticals, utilities, and mining business segments.
